Governance
The Cal Poly Housing Corporation is governed by a seven member Board of Directors comprised of three University-related Directors, the Executive Director of the Cal Poly Corporation, a Faculty Director, a Community Director, and a Student Director. The President of Cal Poly designates the Directors with the exception of the ex-officio seat held by the Cal Poly Corporation Executive Director.
For student nominations, Associated Students, Inc. collects applications and nominates students for consideration by the President. For faculty nominations, the Academic Senate collects applications and nominates faculty for consideration by the President. The current Directors of the Board are as follows:
