The CPHC Board of Directors has approved the Priority, Eligibility and Conditions for Purchase and the Bella Montaña Development Initial Sales Procedures. These procedures have been established to ensure that the homes are sold to Cal Poly employees, and that the employees with the highest priority are faculty classified within the new recruit and primary retention groups. The definitions of these groups are included in the documents along with tables and narratives describing the procedures.
The Initial Sales Procedures are in effect until the completion of the initial home sales within the Bella Montaña Development. At that time, the Initial Sales Procedures document will expire and the procedures described in the Priority, Eligibility, and Conditions for Purchase document will become effective.
A PDF version of the Initial Sales Procedures is available here and a PDF version of the Priority, Eligibility, and Conditions for Purchase is available here. These procedures are subject to revision by the Housing Corporation Board of Directors, and technical corrections may be made to adjust for items such as changes in construction completion dates.
